After each session, your practitioner will give you full personalised aftercare instructions. In general, we recommend: keeping the treated area clean and dry; avoiding exposure to direct sunlight and UV tanning beds (use SPF 50+ if you go outdoors); avoiding heat sources such as saunas, hot tubs, and steam rooms; refraining from exercise for 24–48 hours post-treatment; and not picking or scratching any blisters that may form.
